Oakley Capital Origin Fund I has agreed to acquire a stake in Webcentral DEH, the domains, hosting and e-mail business carved out from ASX-listed Webcentral Limited. Oakley will invest alongside veteran hosting entrepreneurs Jochen Berger and Tom Strohe to scale the hosting platform, pursue buy-and-build opportunities and accelerate growth across Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
