MML Capital Partners has made a growth investment in Zanders, a Netherlands‑founded treasury and risk consulting firm, partnering with the existing management team to accelerate international expansion and scale Zanders’ cloud-based Zanders Inside platform. Zanders has grown to more than 200 employees with over 750 customers across multinational corporates, financial institutions and the public sector; the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.

Mercer Advisors Acquires Quest Capital Management, Inc.

Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (Mercer Advisors) has acquired Quest Capital Management, Inc., a Dallas-based wealth management firm with approximately $1.5 billion in AUM serving about 660 clients. The six Quest shareholders and seventeen staff members will join Mercer as the firm expands its Texas footprint and access to Mercer’s family office, tax and back-office capabilities.

Riverbend Energy Group Leads Growth Equity Investment in CarbonQuest

CarbonQuest, a New York–based developer of distributed carbon capture systems and carbon management software, received a growth equity financing led by Riverbend Energy Group with participation from other institutional investors. The capital will support CarbonQuest’s commercial expansion into new end markets (including biogenic CO2 and utility infrastructure) and further development of its Carbon Management Software; Riverbend partners Joe Passanante and Eric Danziger will join CarbonQuest’s board.
