The transaction closed on June 1, 2023; AEI will operate as AEI, an STV Company, expanding STV’s presence and service capabilities in the rapidly growing I-75/I-65 corridor in the Southeast U.S.

Bowman Consulting Group Acquires KTA Group, Inc.
