CSV Midstream Solutions Corp. Acquires KANATA Energy Group

Calgary-based CSV Midstream Solutions Corp. has completed the acquisition of KANATA Energy Group, adding majority-operated joint-venture interests in natural gas gathering and processing facilities at Valhalla and Simonette near Grande Prairie, Alberta. The assets add over 150 MMcf/d net processing capacity to CSV's forecasted 470 MMcf/d, expanding CSV's midstream processing capabilities and customer base in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

Navitas' assets include ~1,750 miles of pipelines and over 1 billion cubic feet per day of cryogenic natural gas processing capacity backed by long-term contracts.

Voyager Midstream Acquires East Texas Gas Gathering and Processing Assets From Phillips 66

Voyager Midstream Holdings, a Pearl Energy Investments portfolio company, acquired natural gas gathering and cryogenic processing assets from Phillips 66 located in East Texas and north Louisiana, including roughly 550 miles of pipelines, 400 MMcf/d processing capacity, and 12,000 bpd fractionation capacity. The deal also includes the Carthage Hub, a major gas trading and delivery hub with >1 Bcf/d handling capability, and is intended to expand Voyager's footprint in the Haynesville Shale and improve producer connectivity to Gulf Coast markets.

SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires MSCS Ltd.

Kian Capital-backed SPATCO Energy Solutions completed the acquisition of MSCS Ltd., a Dallas-based petroleum services company, expanding SPATCO's footprint into Texas and adding operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston. The transaction is an add-on to the SPATCO platform (its fifth acquisition since Kian's 2020 investment) and supports the platform's geographic expansion and service capability growth in petroleum and EV infrastructure services.

The Cogent system includes 520 MMcf/d of processing capacity, over 800 miles of pipeline, 42 compressor stations, a crude oil gathering system and acreage dedications across 10 Midland Basin counties; the acquisition will expand Canes' Midland Basin footprint and support Permian production growth.
