The deal integrates eDriving's Mentor app, FICO Safe Driving Score and Virtual Risk Manager platform with Solera's existing fleet solutions to offer end-to-end vehicle and driver performance services to commercial fleets globally.

The deal expands Solera's fleet and vehicle solutions by adding Spireon's IoT NSpire platform, roughly 4 million connected devices and a large customer base to enable cross-selling and capability expansion across the vehicle lifecycle.

J.D. Power Acquires Trilogy Automotive
