Strategic Value Partners Invests €200M in Bjelin Group to Fund Acquisition of Välinge Industrial Business

Funds managed by Strategic Value Partners (SVP) will make a €200 million preferred equity investment in Bjelin Group AB to finance Bjelin’s acquisition of Välinge Group’s industrial business and to fund additional investments in Woodura and veneer production. The Pervan family will retain a ~97% ownership stake in Bjelin Group while the transaction aims to scale manufacturing and create a leading sustainable wood flooring company.

StoneTree Investment Partners Acquires Reel Power International

StoneTree Investment Partners has acquired Reel Power International, an Oklahoma City–based manufacturer of engineered winding, spooling, and material-handling equipment, from Praesidian Capital (with prior partnership involvement from Dubin Clark). The investment will support scaling of automation and systems offerings, continued investment in aftermarket parts and service, and operational improvements across Reel Power's Oklahoma City and Houston facilities; terms were not disclosed.

Crossplane Capital Acquires Controlling Interest in Viking Fence

Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital has acquired a controlling interest in Viking Fence, an Austin-headquartered provider of fence rentals, sanitation rentals, fence installations and complementary building products and services across Texas. Yukon Partners provided mezzanine capital to support the transaction, and Viking owner Sal Chavarria and the company’s management team partnered with Crossplane in the deal to drive the company’s next phase of growth.
