LendingClub Acquires Radius Bancorp (Radius Bank)

LendingClub Corporation completed the acquisition of Radius Bancorp, Inc. and its digital banking subsidiary Radius Bank, combining LendingClub’s online lending marketplace with Radius’s award-winning digital deposit and banking-as-a-service platform. The transaction (announced in February 2020 and closed in February 2021) gives LendingClub a full-spectrum fintech marketplace bank, expands low-cost deposit funding sources, and enhances the company’s ability to offer integrated banking products and BaaS capabilities.

Kabbage Acquires Radius Intelligence

Fintech lender Kabbage has acquired marketing-technology firm Radius Intelligence, gaining access to Radius’s database of roughly 20 million small and medium businesses and its B2B data and analytics technology. Kabbage said it will integrate Radius’ technology and engineering team into its platform to expand SMB financial services and analytics capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

UST Acquires Modus Information Systems

The deal brings Modus' ~340 professionals and Finacle expertise into UST's platform to better serve banks across India and the broader Global South; financial terms were not disclosed.
