Blackstone Growth has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Priority Software, a Tel Aviv–based provider of cloud ERP and vertical business applications. Existing investors TA Associates and Fortissimo Capital will roll part of their stakes as Blackstone supports Priority's continued expansion across industries, markets and geographies.
