Leaf Home, a portfolio company of Gridiron Capital, has acquired Tundraland Home Improvement, a Kaukauna, Wisconsin-based home remodeling company with over 200 employees. The acquisition expands Leaf Home's product offering—adding decking and exterior solutions—and strengthens its direct-to-consumer home improvement platform.

Leaf Home Acquires Erie Home

Leaf Home has acquired Erie Home in a transaction that combines two Gridiron Capital-backed direct-to-consumer residential services businesses to create the largest DTC home solutions platform in North America. Ares Management led a preferred equity investment to support the deal, Apollo-led debt financing provided the acquisition financing, and Gridiron will retain majority ownership of the combined company, which will operate across 48 U.S. states and Canada with more than 300 field offices.

Sila Services Acquires Levine & Sons

Riverview Landscapes Acquires Cleveland Brothers Landscaping, Inc.

Riverview Landscapes, a PE-backed landscaping platform owned by management and Talus Holdings, has acquired Cleveland Brothers Landscaping, Inc., a Corinth, New York-based provider of landscape maintenance, hardscaping, fertilization, and snow removal services. The acquisition expands Riverview’s presence in the greater Albany/Saratoga market, relocates Riverview’s Albany branch into Cleveland Brothers’ larger Corinth facility, and transitions ownership from founders Terry and Kevin Cleveland to Riverview.
