SPATCO Energy Solutions, a Kian Capital‑backed infrastructure services platform, has acquired Stanton Electric, an Oakwood, Georgia-based commercial and industrial electrical contractor specializing in EV charging station installations, generators, switchgear, DDC and network cabling. The acquisition strengthens SPATCO's EV infrastructure capabilities across the Southeast, pushes SPATCO above 1,000 employees, and will see Stanton's founder Jerry Stanton join SPATCO's executive leadership team.

KSC Holdings Acquires Stansbury Electric Co.

KSC Holdings, a Danville, Kentucky-based holding company focused on mechanical construction businesses, has acquired family-owned Stansbury Electric Co. of Louisville. The transaction, which closed November 8, 2024, was advised by Generational Group and expands KSC's holdings in plumbing, electrical, garage door and industrial supply services as it builds a regional mechanical services platform.

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a Kian Capital–backed infrastructure services platform, has acquired K&K Electric, Inc., an electrical services provider focused on petroleum fueling and EV infrastructure based in Sanford, Florida. The add-on expands SPATCO's petroleum and EV capabilities and Florida footprint, adding roughly 70 electricians and strengthening service offerings across the Southeast United States.

Platform Partners Acquires Champion Contractors & Services

Platform Partners has acquired Champion Contractors & Services, a national commercial roofing and storm restoration services provider headquartered in Round Rock, Texas. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction. Platform Partners said it will support Champion's operational growth and geographic expansion.

Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Steliau

Astorg, a European private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Steliau, a pan-European value-added distributor (VAD) of electronic solutions, from B&Capital. Steliau, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Montrouge, France, employs more than 200 people across eight countries and will partner with Astorg to accelerate organic growth and execute a buy-and-build strategy.
