Innova Capital acquired a 51% stake in Romanian-Belgian EMI Group on 30 June 2023 via a partial buy-out and a EUR 15 million capital increase, joining founder Jerome France and existing investor Morphosis Capital. The investment will fund a buy-and-build strategy—including add-on acquisitions—to expand EMI's installation and maintenance platform for industrial access solutions across Europe.

Szperliński Sp. z o.o., a Polish manufacturer of self-adhesive and heat-shrink labels, from Abris Capital Partners (binding contract signed 17 April 2019). The deal is part of Innova's strategy to consolidate the Central European label market and follows its March 2019 majority investment in Embe Press; the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
