Pythian Services Inc., a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has acquired Rittman Mead Consulting Ltd., a Brighton-based Oracle data and analytics consultancy. The deal broadens Pythian's Oracle capabilities, strengthens its Oracle Database@Google Cloud offering, and expands its geographic presence in Europe.
