Warner Music Group Acquires 300 Entertainment

Warner Music Group (WMG) has acquired independent label 300 Entertainment and will integrate the label into its family of recorded-music businesses while preserving 300’s independent identity and New York headquarters. As part of the deal, 300 co-founder Kevin Liles will be appointed Chairman & CEO across 300 and Elektra Music Group, with the acquisition intended to expand 300’s global footprint and opportunities for its artists.

HEICO Corporation agreed to acquire Wencor Group from affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC and Wencor's management for $1.9 billion in cash and $150 million in HEICO Class A common stock (approximately $2.05 billion aggregate). Wencor—an aftermarket provider of FAA-approved aircraft replacement parts and component repair/overhaul services based in Peachtree City, Georgia with ~1,000 employees—will join HEICO’s Flight Support Group to expand product and service capabilities and realize synergies.

Audacy Acquires WO Streaming Assets from WideOrbit (to Operate as AmperWave)

The deal brings five regional general agencies (Employee Benefit Risk Management; Group Benefit LTD; Professional Group Marketing; National United Brokers; Mature Health Services) into Warner Pacific to expand its national footprint, distribution channels and product offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.
