Warner Music Group has completed its full acquisition of Africori, the independent African music distributor founded in 2009 that represents thousands of artists. Africori will continue to operate as a standalone business with Yoel Kenan remaining CEO and will be integrated with Warner's global network to upstream artists and expand Warner's footprint across African markets.

HEICO Corporation agreed to acquire Wencor Group from affiliates of Warburg Pincus LLC and Wencor's management for $1.9 billion in cash and $150 million in HEICO Class A common stock (approximately $2.05 billion aggregate). Wencor—an aftermarket provider of FAA-approved aircraft replacement parts and component repair/overhaul services based in Peachtree City, Georgia with ~1,000 employees—will join HEICO’s Flight Support Group to expand product and service capabilities and realize synergies.
