Bowman Consulting Acquires PCD Engineering, Inc.

Bowman Consulting (Bowman) has acquired PCD Engineering, Inc., a Denver-based building services and M/E/P engineering firm led by founder Peter D'Antonio. The acquisition, financed with cash, seller financing and stock, is intended to expand Bowman's building services, sustainability and M/E/P capabilities and is expected to contribute roughly $2.5 million of annual net service billing.

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: BWMN) has acquired CFA, Inc., a Reno, Nevada-based civil engineering, surveying, planning and remote sensing firm. The acquisition — financed with cash, seller notes and equity — brings roughly 30 CFA professionals into Bowman and strengthens Bowman's presence in Nevada, with an initial annualized net service billing run rate of about $5 million.
