Parentis Health, a Laguna Hills-based senior care provider, has acquired Pop-in Care, a licensed non-medical home care company specializing in short, no-minimum "pop-in" visits for seniors and others needing brief assistance. Pop-in Care will continue operating under its name with founder Teri Frianeza running the division as Parentis expands its continuum of care to include affordable short-visit home care services.
