Rainier Partners' portfolio company Omega Fitness has acquired 21 Anytime Fitness gyms in Wisconsin from MDS Fitness, expanding Omega's footprint and strengthening geographic density in the state. The deal increases Omega's position as one of the largest Anytime Fitness franchisees (now operating 120+ gyms) and is an add-on to the Rainier-backed platform focused on rapid roll-up growth.
