RealPage to Acquire Knock CRM

RealPage has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Knock CRM (Knock), a multifamily CRM and front-office technology provider. The deal combines Knock’s CRM suite with RealPage’s AI, yield management, and smart property management solutions to create a next-generation, connected virtual operating platform for the multifamily sector. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction was expected to close in the coming days subject to customary closing conditions; RealPage later states it has officially acquired Knock as of Oct. 7, 2022.
