Red Nucleus (RN), backed by The Riverside Company, acquired Human Element Solutions, LLC (element H) in February 2023 as an add-on to the RN platform. The acquisition brings element H's meeting and event production, creative communications, video and digital content capabilities into RN's learning & development business to expand services for biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device customers.
