Remsen Technologies LLC announced a definitive agreement to acquire Maid Sailors and its affiliates for $10,000,000, with the transaction expected to close in Q1 2021. Maid Sailors, headquartered in New York City, is a professional home and office cleaning service operating in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois and Florida; Remsen said it will leverage its ownership, technology and resources to scale and enhance Maid Sailors' service delivery.
