Rensa Filtration, a portfolio company of Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV, has acquired Custom Filter, LLC, a manufacturer of high-efficiency air filtration products including HEPA and ULPA filters. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand Rensa’s engineered filtration product portfolio and OEM manufacturing capabilities.
