Rentokil Terminix Acquires Four U.S. Wildlife Service Brands

Rentokil Terminix has acquired four U.S.-based wildlife service companies — Apex Wildlife Solutions, Barnes Wildlife Control, Conserv Pest & Wildlife Services, and Wildman Wildlife Removal & Exclusion — to strengthen its wildlife removal, exclusion and remediation capabilities. The acquisitions expand Rentokil Terminix’s local service footprint across Texas, Ohio, Alabama and North Carolina and add specialized teams focused on humane removal and attic/insulation remediation.

Norvestor Acquires Pelias and Terminix UK from Terminix to Form Northern European Pest Control Group

Norvestor VIII has signed an agreement to acquire Pelias Norsk Skadedyrkontroll AS and Terminix UK Limited from Terminix Global Holdings, Inc. The assets are being divested as a condition of Terminix’s pending merger with Rentokil Initial plc; Norvestor will become the largest shareholder in the new Northern European pest control group alongside co-investor Svein Olav Stølen, management and key employees. Pelias is headquartered in Elverum, Norway (c. NOK 240m revenue and ~210 employees in 2021) and Terminix UK is headquartered in Gloucester, England (c. GBP 19m revenue and ~370 employees in 2021); the deal is expected to close in June 2022.

PestCo Holdings Acquires Bio‑Tech Pest Control

PestCo Holdings, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired the assets of Bio‑Tech Pest Control, a Spring, Texas‑based provider of residential and commercial pest control services. The add‑on expands PestCo's presence in the Houston metropolitan market; terms were not disclosed. The sellers are owners Pierre Riettini and Jason Pitman.

Riata Capital Recapitalizes Greenix Pest Control

H.I.G. Capital Acquires France Workwear from Rentokil Initial

France Workwear — a France-headquartered provider of workwear, flat-linen and hygiene rental and laundry services operating 34 sites and serving over 21,000 customers on subscription contracts — will be rebranded and positioned for independent growth across Europe; H.I.G. was advised by Jefferies and Santander.

Pest & Termite Consultants Acquires NC Pest Control

Pest & Termite Consultants announced the acquisition/strategic partnership with NC Pest Control to expand its service footprint in the Raleigh–Durham area. The deal brings NC Pest Control's Fuquay‑Varina operations and owner Mike Fillion into the Pest & Termite Consultants platform to increase geographic coverage and operational efficiency for residential and commercial pest services.
