REPKON USA Acquires General Dynamics GD-OTS Garland Operations

REPKON USA has acquired the GD-OTS Garland Operations, a 38-acre General Dynamics manufacturing facility in Garland, Texas, expanding its heavy manufacturing footprint for defense and aerospace metal parts. The deal strengthens REPKON USA's capabilities to support U.S. Department of Defense and allied contracts and reinforces its role in modernizing the U.S. and NATO defense industrial bases.

Reed International Acquires Stepp Manufacturing

Reed International, the manufacturer of VSS Macropaver and Kasi Infrared, has acquired Stepp Manufacturing, a family-owned maker of asphalt maintenance equipment based in North Branch, Minnesota. The deal expands Reed’s portfolio of asphalt paving and maintenance solutions and brings together complementary product lines; terms were not disclosed.

McKean Defense Group Acquires Mikros Systems Corporation

Keller Acquires RECON Services, Inc.

Rapson Performance Group Acquires Katech Engineering

Rapson Performance Group has acquired Clinton Township, Michigan-based Katech Engineering from Enginuity Power Systems. The deal transfers ownership of the high-performance engine and vehicle builder to Rapson, which said the acquisition will expand Katech's product and service offerings, accelerate engineering and development, and strengthen its presence in motorsports and performance markets.
