Resource Label Group Acquires New England Label

Resource Label Group, a PE-backed label manufacturer, has acquired New England Label of Andover, Massachusetts to expand its Northeast footprint. Resource Label is a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital and TPG Growth; the deal is an add-on acquisition that broadens the platform's flexographic, digital and screen printing capabilities across food, beverage, medical/pharmaceutical and personal care end markets.
