Rheinmetall to Acquire Loc Performance Products in $950 Million Deal

Rheinmetall has signed an agreement to acquire all equity interests in Loc Performance Products, a vehicle specialist headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, for an enterprise value of $950 million. The deal is expected to strengthen Rheinmetall’s U.S. military vehicle business by expanding manufacturing capacity and integrating a skilled workforce supporting U.S. Department of Defense and OEM programs.
