GTreasury's management team and former majority owner Mainsail Partners will remain investors; Hg's capital and software operating expertise will support product development and geographic expansion. GTreasury, a Ripple Solution, has acquired Solvexia, a Sydney-based provider of no-code financial automation, data management, and analytics, to expand its platform into reconciliation and regulatory reporting automation. The deal aims to unify treasury, reconciliation, and compliance reporting—helping customers automate reconciliations across payment gateways, banks, ERPs and accelerate multi-jurisdictional reporting; financial terms were not disclosed.

Ripple to Acquire Rail for $200 Million
