RMA Companies, a portfolio company of OceanSound Partners, has acquired Rone Engineering, a Dallas-based geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and environmental services firm. The acquisition expands RMA's South-Central (Texas) presence and service capabilities, with Rone acting as RMA's primary presence in the region and Richard Leigh named Texas Divisional President.
