RoadOne IntermodaLogistics has acquired Oakland-based R&A Trucking Company, which will operate as R&A LogisticSolutions, a RoadOne company. The acquisition (backed by sponsor Nonantum Capital) expands RoadOne's West Coast footprint and coastal transload/warehousing capabilities, adding drayage, trucking, brokerage and a 370,000 sq ft FTZ-enabled warehouse in Oakland.
