Atria Wealth Solutions Acquires Grove Point Financial

Atria Wealth Solutions has completed the acquisition of Grove Point Financial, a Rockville, Maryland-based independent wealth management firm. The deal brings approximately 400 independent financial professionals and about $15 billion of assets under administration to Atria, expanding its advisor network and scale across its multi-channel wealth management platform.

LPL Financial to Acquire Atria Wealth Solutions

LPL Financial Holdings entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Atria Wealth Solutions, a wealth management solutions holding company headquartered in New York. Under the deal, Atria’s brokerage and advisory assets will transition to the LPL platform, with completion expected in the second half of 2024 (and conversion to mid-2025, subject to regulatory approvals).

Sitra Group Acquires Abbey Logistics Group from NorthEdge

Sunset Pacific Transportation, a Granite Creek Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Canada-based Radius Global Solutions (doing business as Radius Logistics), expanding Sunset Pacific's footprint into British Columbia and strengthening its cross-border warehousing and logistics capabilities. Granite Creek and partner Red Arts Capital will integrate Radius into the RAC Sunset holding structure to create an integrated, asset-light North American logistics platform.
