Rogo Acquires Offset to Embed AI Agents in Financial Workflows

Rogo, an AI platform used by financial institutions, announced that it acquired Offset, an AI agent company focused on learning agents that operate directly inside financial workflows. The deal will allow Rogo to integrate Offset’s technology into its platform used by more than 25,000 finance professionals to build intelligent systems embedded in the tools used by analysts and investors.
