Watlow Signs Agreement to Acquire Eurotherm from Schneider Electric

Watlow, an industrial thermal systems manufacturer, signed an agreement to acquire Eurotherm from Schneider Electric. The terms were not disclosed. The companies expect to combine Eurotherm’s temperature/power/process controls and software capabilities with Watlow’s thermal systems focus to better serve shared industrial markets and expand globally.

Tanknology Acquires Norton Corrosion Limited

Tanknology, a portfolio company of Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners, has acquired Norton Corrosion Limited (NCL), a Washington-based provider of corrosion inspection, engineering services and corrosion-control product manufacturing. The deal expands Tanknology’s corrosion prevention capabilities and service footprint, enabling nationwide deployment of Norton’s solutions and broader access to petroleum, utility and industrial customers.

Thermon Group Holdings Acquires Vapor Power International

Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: THR) has acquired Vapor Power International, a provider of electric and gas-fired boilers and steam generators, from StonePointe LLC and members of Vapor Power's management. The acquisition (reported at approximately $110 million) expands Thermon's product portfolio into electric resistance, electrode and super critical coil tube boilers, supporting its electrification and decarbonization strategy.

Waterland Private Equity Acquires Van Vulpen

Cicor Group Acquires Significant Business Activities of Éolane Group

The deal, closing April 22, 2025, adds around 890 employees and CHF 125 million of sales, expanding Cicor’s EMS footprint in France and strengthening its position in aerospace & defence, railway and nuclear technology markets.

Grupo Fertiberia Acquires Van de Reijt

Grupo Fertiberia, a Triton-backed leader in EU crop nutrition, has agreed to acquire Van de Reijt, a long-established fertilizer wholesaler with waterfront bulk terminals in the Netherlands and Belgium. The acquisition strengthens Fertiberia’s distribution and logistics footprint in the Benelux to support sales of its low‑carbon and sustainable crop nutrition solutions; the deal was expected to close in Q1 2023 subject to customary approvals.
