Ryan Acquires RTC Consulting

Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, has acquired RTC Consulting, a Canadian SR&ED (scientific research and experimental development) tax consultancy founded in 1989. The acquisition expands Ryan’s SR&ED technical expertise and service offering in Canada; RTC founder Peter Kustec will join Ryan as a Principal in the firm’s SR&ED practice.
