S&P Global to Acquire Visible Alpha

S&P Global has agreed to acquire Visible Alpha, a financial technology provider of consensus estimates and analytics from sell-side analyst models and research reports. The deal will enhance S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Capital IQ Pro platform by combining Visible Alpha’s data and models with Capital IQ Pro’s research and analysis capabilities. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close during 2024; financial terms were not disclosed.
