S2 Capital To Acquire Fort Capital (Industrial Real Estate Platform)

S2 Capital announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fort Capital, a Texas-based industrial real estate owner and operator. The acquisition creates a new wholly owned S2 industrial vertical with about 11 million square feet and a 50-person investment team, led by appointed executives Chris Roach (President) and Parker McCormack (CIO). The deal is expected to close on August 11, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
