Agility Retail Group, a partner company of San Francisco Equity Partners (SFEP), has acquired Infinity Retail Services, a Turtle Lake, Wisconsin–based designer and manufacturer of retail fixtures and displays that serves the telecom channel. Infinity's founders Kevin and Wendy Jansen retain significant equity and the existing management team will continue to run the business; terms were not disclosed.

Salt Creek Capital Acquires Northrock Industries

Salt Creek Capital, a San Francisco Bay Area private equity firm, has acquired Northrock Industries, Inc., a Bohemia, New York-based manufacturer of American-made industrial construction tools. Bret Schmitz will become CEO as founder Brian Robertson exits, and Salt Creek intends to expand Northrock’s geographic reach, enhance its digital presence, and grow the customer base.

Granite Creek and partner Red Arts Capital will integrate Radius into the RAC Sunset holding structure to create an integrated, asset-light North American logistics platform.
