San'an Optoelectronics and Inari Amertron Berhad have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Lumileds Holding B.V. and its European and Asian subsidiaries (Lumileds International). The transaction is expected to close by the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
