Pexco LLC Acquires Exlon Extrusion, Inc.

Pexco LLC, a North American specialty plastics extruder backed by AEA Investors, has acquired Exlon Extrusion, Inc., a Greensboro, North Carolina–based precision extruder of plastic tubing and recoil hose. The deal expands Pexco's capabilities in high-performance polymer (HPP) products and adds personnel, equipment and customer relationships across end markets such as telecommunications, pneumatics, textiles and automotive.

Metra S.p.A. Acquires Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC)

Metra S.p.A., a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC), a U.S. manufacturer of custom extruded aluminum profiles and value‑added fabrication, assembly and finishing services. EAC operates two facilities in Belding and Kentwood, Michigan with approximately 170 employees; the deal advances Metra's North American expansion and end‑market diversification, including entry into utility‑grade solar.

ARCH Global Precision Acquires Cling's Aerospace

The deal expands Cadence's engine-component capabilities and creates scale across its Tell Tool and ADM operations as an add-on to the Cadence platform.

EverMetal Holdings Acquires CAI Custom Alloys to Launch Critical Metals Recycling Platform

EverMetal Holdings LP, a newly formed equity platform backed by GEF Capital Partners, has acquired CAI Custom Alloys LLC, a Belvidere, Illinois-based processor of high-performance superalloy scrap. The acquisition launches EverMetal's U.S. critical metals recycling platform to scale domestic processing capacity for strategic metals serving aerospace, defense, power generation and technology markets.
