Searchlight Capital Partners to Acquire Majority Stake in Integrated Power Services

Funds advised by Searchlight Capital Partners have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Integrated Power Services (IPS), an industrial aftermarket services provider. Searchlight is buying the stake from funds advised by Odyssey Investment Partners, and the deal is subject to regulatory approvals with an expected close later in the year.
