Sentry Aerospares, a portfolio company of Acorn Capital Management, acquired AirStart Inc., an independent stocking distributor of rotable aircraft components focused on regional aircraft platforms. The deal expands Sentry’s inventory portfolio and strengthens its 24/7 AOG support network with AirStart’s facility near Toronto Pearson International Airport.
