Shoreline Equity Partners has partnered with Career Now Brands, a technology-enabled provider of candidate-funnel solutions for transportation, warehousing and trade-school customers, in a growth investment that will support the company's next phase of expansion. Co-investors include Madison Capital Funding LLC, Churchill Asset Management, abrdn and Career Now's management team; Madison provided senior financing and Churchill provided junior debt while Career Now founders remain significant owners and will continue to lead the business.
