VSS Capital Partners sold its interest in Caravan Health, a population health and value-based payment platform for accountable care organizations, to Signify Health. Signify Health completed the acquisition in March 2022 (agreement announced Feb. 10, 2022) to combine capabilities and accelerate adoption of advanced alternative payment models.
