SixAxis LLC, a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners, has acquired Upside Innovations as an add-on to expand its safety and accessibility product offerings. Upside Innovations will remain headquartered in West Chester, Ohio with founder Kevin Sharp staying on as president, and will complement SixAxis’s modular manufacturing and safety product portfolio to pursue growth opportunities.
