Apotex Inc. has completed the acquisition of Montreal-based Searchlight Pharma Inc., integrating Searchlight as Apotex's Specialty Pharma Division to expand its branded and specialty pharmaceutical capabilities. The deal adds Searchlight's portfolio of more than 60 products across women's health, dermatology, allergy, pain management and hospital specialty markets, and strengthens Apotex's commercial footprint in Quebec and across the Americas.

The deal would give Aditxt 9.5% of AiPharma at the initial closing and the remaining 90.5% at the secondary closing, with cash payments and Aditxt share issuance at each step.

The transaction was financed with $15,177,013 in cash and $200,000 in common shares and expands PharmaCorp’s roll-up of independent PharmaChoice Canada-affiliated pharmacies.

SK Capital Acquires Florachem from Carmelina Capital

Stellus Capital Management provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction. The deal positions SK Capital to grow Florachem's natural plant-based ingredients platform and support ongoing capacity and capability investments at its Jacksonville facility.
