Snow Peak Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, acquired TurbineAero, the world’s largest independent provider of aircraft auxiliary power unit (APU) maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services. Snow Peak acquired TurbineAero from The Gores Group, and financial terms were not disclosed.
