SOCOTEC announced it has acquired American Engineers Group (AEG), a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, marking SOCOTEC’s entry into the Pennsylvania and Maryland markets. The deal adds nearly 60 professionals across four Mid-Atlantic offices and strengthens SOCOTEC’s Infrastructure platform, with AEG’s work heavily focused on transportation infrastructure.

TIC Holding Schweiz Acquires TransGeo AG

TIC Holding Schweiz AG, a buy‑build‑and‑technologize platform financed by Winterberg, has acquired TransGeo AG, an ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited construction materials testing and geological advisory laboratory based in Gümligen near Bern, Switzerland, effective retroactively to January 1, 2025. The deal is an add‑on to TIC Holding Schweiz's testing services platform and provides a succession solution for TransGeo's majority shareholder and CEO Christian Wyss while retaining local management through a staged handover.

SolarWinds Acquires TriGeo

The acquisition will add TriGeo's technology to SolarWinds' portfolio as SolarWinds Log and Event Manager (LEM), expanding SolarWinds' IT management capabilities into log/event management, security and compliance; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2011.
