Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. has completed its acquisition of SL Power Electronics Corporation from Steel Partners Holdings L.P., expanding Advanced Energy's product portfolio in industrial and medical power solutions. The deal is expected to be accretive to earnings, generate cost synergies, and broaden Advanced Energy's addressable market by more than $400 million.

Soltech Energy Sweden acquires Sesol Group from Nordic Capital

Soltech Energy Sweden AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Sesol Group AB, a solar energy company. The purchase price will be paid with newly issued Soltech shares, making Nordic Capital the company’s largest shareholder with roughly 30% ownership post-transaction. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and approval by an Extraordinary General Meeting.

AB CarVal Acquires SolAmerica Energy
