Sopra Steria to Acquire EVA Group

Sopra Steria signed an exclusive negotiation agreement to acquire EVA Group, a French cybersecurity firm. The deal is intended to strengthen Sopra Steria’s critical digital trust and cybersecurity capabilities, providing an end-to-end range of services for major clients. Closing is subject to customary conditions and could be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2021.
