GrowGeneration Corp. (NASDAQ: GRWG) has acquired Commercial Grow Supply, a hydroponic superstore in Santa Clarita, California, founded in 2011 by Sevan Derohanian. The acquisition (Commercial Grow Supply had annual revenue near $10 million) expands GrowGeneration’s footprint in Southern California and increases its California store count to 22 as the company continues to scale its national retail network.

United Land Services Acquires Greenway Lawn & Landscape and Sanford Tree Service

United Land Services, a landscaping platform backed by Centre Partners and LP First Capital, acquired Greenway Lawn & Landscape, LLC and Sanford Tree Service Inc. as its sixteenth add-on to expand presence and service offerings in the Southeast. The combined Greenway business — founded in 2014 and headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida — will be integrated into United's platform to broaden commercial landscaping, maintenance, and tree-care capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

The Lino Lakes, Minnesota-based distributor of RV, marine and powersports parts will continue operating as Northern Wholesale Supply and will focus on operational improvements, expanding proprietary product lines, and North American market expansion while preserving over 200 jobs.

Core & Main Acquires Eastern Supply

Core & Main Inc. has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Eastern Supply Inc. and a related entity. Eastern Supply, headquartered in Virginia with locations in Winchester, VA and Greencastle, PA, is a distributor of storm drainage products with custom fabrication capabilities that will expand Core & Main’s waterworks product and fabrication footprint in the Northeast.
