The acquisition strengthens QuantiTech's threat engineering, modeling & simulation, and missile defense capabilities to better serve U.S. government customers in missile defense, hypersonics and intelligence markets.

TFI International Acquires Siemens Transportation Group and Hot Line Freight Systems

TFI International announced it has agreed to acquire Siemens Transportation Group (STG) and has completed the acquisition of Hot Line Freight Systems to expand its Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) footprint across Canada and the United States. STG, a family-owned Saskatoon-based LTL operator with roughly C$150 million in annual revenue and 15 terminals, will remain managed by Doug Siemens; Hot Line, a Wisconsin-based specialized LTL provider with nearly 200 employees and 14 terminals, will be managed by Paul Burgmeier under TFI's LTL segment.

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.

Gulf Manufacturing (GMI) Acquires Maass Global Group with $40M Support from Main Street Capital

Gulf Manufacturing, LLC (GMI) completed the acquisition of Maass Global Group, combining GMI’s U.S. manufacturing and distribution footprint with Maass’s global flange, forged-bar, pipe and fittings capabilities. Main Street Capital Corporation provided a $40.0 million first-lien senior secured term debt investment and a revolving line of credit to support the transaction and the formation of a new parent, Gulf Manufacturing Holdings, LLC.

New Zealand-based email signature SaaS provider Crossware Limited has acquired Germany-headquartered CI Solutions GmbH in a multimillion-dollar deal to accelerate its expansion across the European Union. The combined group will process more than five million emails per day and aims to strengthen its capabilities in compliant, secure, cloud-based email signature management for enterprise customers.
