Spell Capital Partners acquired Duromer Products Pty (Sydney, Australia) and DuroColour Vietnam Ltd (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) to expand its footprint in the compounding and masterbatch manufacturing space across Oceania and Asia. The deal strengthens Spell's presence in thermoplastic compounds, colorant masterbatches and related additives as it builds platform investments in the region.
