SpotSee Holdings, a Harbour Group company, acquired TMC Hallcrest (UK) and LCR Hallcrest (US) to expand its temperature-indication and monitoring product portfolio. The deal combines Hallcrest’s color-changing temperature labels and forehead thermometers with SpotSee’s shock, tilt and temperature monitoring offerings to create a broader global product and distribution platform; terms were not disclosed.
